Hello, my friend Judy over at Vintage To Chic is having a giveaway celebrating two years of her web site. Stop over to visit her and see what it's all about. She has a wonderful blog and fantastic web-site! Thank you so much for stopping by! Bless you, Shirl
Because you are a Christian and enjoy stitching I wanted to invite you to my website of Cross stitch designes featuring Bible verses. www.joyfulexpressions.us
My style isn't exactly Victorian however, but you may enjoy stitching the free design called "His Name is Jesus".
Yes, the weather has been wonderful - Spring will be here soon - at least this is so here in Missouri!
Hey Shirl! I just met Judy today on PS. She visited my site and left me a message. Isn't it funny how many West Virginia people are on here for Pink Saturday! I have had two comments from WV people today, at least 1 last week and 1 or two the week before. Some have moved and are missing our beautiful state.
Now as for the quilt show at Weston, I would have sworn that I had seen your beautiful roses on one of those quilts on display. Do you remember seeing that one? It was absolutely beautiful! Hugs, Angela
I am a happily married Christian gal and a flower designer by trade. Now working as a teachers assistant in a Catholic School.
I have been married for forty years. We have a son, a daughter, and three grandsons. My children have homes on our farm which makes it so nice to be able to see them anytime. We are living our empty nester years in the hills of WV with our beloved pets. When not working I spend my time collecting vintage treasures, decorating, sewing, quilting, gardening, crafting and restoring our pre-civil war farmhouse. I am passionate about embroidery and cross stitch! I collect samplers and all types of textiles. I love to transform vintage finds into unique cottage décor.
I am thankful to the Lord for my creative energy that I have been blessed with.
In the evenings from spring through fall you can find us setting on our front porch on our beautiful 250 acre farm. Our peaceful little paradise!
