The above pic is at our friends house in NJ were we spent the 4th of July. What a nice day we had with lifelong friends that day!
Next I have a few more vacation pics, also if you scroll down to my previous post you can see some more vacation pics and some Antique Mall finds.
Barnegat Lighthouse.
A little waterfront town in NJ named Weirtown. We used to dock out boat here when we lived in NJ.
That little boardwalk is part of a restaurant, you can set out there and eat overlooking the waterfront. Such a sweet little community!
The next few pics are in my husbands home town, Burlington. I love this old brick house now a conference center.

This town has the cutest quilt shop and a gift shop called Tin & Berries. I'll show you what I got in them next week.
A house that I love!
The redwork embroidery I thought would be pretty made into a pillow using vintage white dotted swiss fabric. I have my eye on a little girls vintage dress on ebay that I will cut up to use for fabric. I'll be sure to show you the finished result.
Some cross stitch done on premade pillow forms.
The next two pieces were very old Creative Circle kits, they came with plastic frames which I am not going to use. I might make them into little teacup coasters. I'm going to add some pretty little crystal beads to glam them up a bit.
Yummy pasteries from the bakery right down the road from my husbands Uncle where we stay when we go to NJ. My camera had a smuge on the lense, that's why the fuzzy look.

When I travel I do needlework, the tractor trailors scare me to death! LOL Below are my traveling project from this trip.
