I'm sorry that I did not get to post my giveaway winner last week. I've had ISP problems all week long. First my Sprint wireless adaptor broke and they sent me a new one, then I could not activate it because they released a new phone this week that had the system all tied up. It was awful. No internet most of the week and it's my lifeline to my son if Afghanistan. I was not a happy camper!!!! I did not get to visit any blogs but I promise I will be there to see you this week, it might take me all week but I will be there. LOL
Thank you so much to all of you who joined as a follower and entered my giveaway. I also want to thank all of you for the prayers and well wishes for my son.

CC FROM LACE'N'RIBBON ROSES
Congrats CC!! I hope you enjoy this sweet little bunny.
Here is the cute little bunny that CC won!
Today for my Pinkness I'm showing you some of my pretty peonies. This is my favorite flower in my garden. I love everything about them, especially the scent. They remind me of the old tissue paper roses my sister and I used to make as kids.

Hi Shril,
I was wondering if everything was okay!! Sorry about your internet troubles...
Peonies are my favorite and when you mentioned paper flowers from childhood...I think that's why too!
Congrat's to the winner of your sweet bunny.
Happy Pink Saturday!
Warmly,
Deb :)
What a great post, thank you for sharing, Shirl! Happy Pink Saturday!! Esther XX
Hi again Shirl. That is funny that you lived near LBI. Small world...that's where we are. Honestly, everyone here refers to "going to the beach" but when giving the locality of where we live, we all say the "shore". LOL
Anyway, have a great day.
Roselle
Happy Pink Saturday Shirl, oh I love peonies too! Yours are beautiful, especially in your vignette with the doll.
Here's to a great week!
hugs, Vickie
Beautiful flowers Shirl and all your pink lovelies. I hope your internet gets hooked up soon it must be terrible to not be able to communicate with your son. May God bless him this wonderful day!
Hi Shirl!
Congratulations to CC for winning your precious bunny!!
Its always something or other with the internet isn't it!
Its amazing how lost we are without it now these days . . . especially you not being able to hear from or contact your brave and handsome son!
I love all your pinkies but I think you know which one I like best and you didn't even mention it!! Cross stitch of course :-) What a sweet sentiment and I know you stitched it yourself!! So adorable and I like it as a door hanger too.
Have fun catching up on your blogging and Happy Pink Saturday on Sunday!
Hugs and Smiles,
Lynn
Hi Shirl...
I would be so happy dancing right now if I could. I loved this sweet bunny and his beautiful embroidery as soon as I saw him..and I am very lucky that he's coming to live with me. He can keep me company while a fractured pelvis heals.

Happy Pink Saturday, dear Shirl. I know how frustrating it must have been, but the worst part had to be not to be in contact with your son. You all remain in my prayers.
Congratulations to CC. I know this sweet little bunny should make her feel better.
Your peonies are gorgeous, and I do believe Nancy Ann fits right in with all that beauty.
Hello! Appreciate your Pink Saturday post! I understand internet frustrations! I will be praying for you and your son - appreciate his service.
Hope you have a marvelous week,
Kathy
Hi Shirl, Congrats to your winner of the bunny. She will love it as I love mine from you. It is darling!!
Sorry to hear you had internet troubles. I know how frustrating it can be when that happens. Glad things are better now. Your peonies are gorgeous. They do remind me too of the kleenex flowers we used to make as kids. We also made them from white trash bags and decorated our car when we got married. It was great, it could rain and nothing was ruined. LOL
Love your display with the gorgeous china. Looking forward to seeing behind the door. I know it will be wonderful.
Hope you are back in touch with your son. Prayers for him sweets.
Thank you for stopping by and your sweet comments. Have a great week.
Love to you, Celestina Marie
Hello again! Do appreciate you stopping by! Looking forward to tomorrow's Pink Saturday!
