PINK SATURDAY & MY FAVORITE CHRISTMAS MOVIES Dec. 11, 2010

Hello and welcome to Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly of How Sweet the Sound. I hope your all enjoying all the hustle and bustle of getting ready for Christmas. We got hit with a pretty big snowstorm this week. Snow days Monday and Tuesday and and two hour delay on Wed. It was a nice break for me and I got alot done. Another storm headed our way on Sunday maybe more snow days this coming week too. I won't complain since I have so much to do.
Beverly asked us to post about out favorite Christmas movies this week. My favorites are Irving Berlin's White Christmas and~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Christmas In Connecticut with Tony Curtis. Great movies! I watch them every year.

A few pictures of Christmas around this old house!

This nativity set was my Mom's amd I treasure it. She started collecting this set made by Gobel then she passed away before she purchased the whole set and I've never added to it. I just use the pieces she had.

Below a pic of Christmas in our family room.

My sweet Angel!

Thank you so much for stopping by, it was so nice to visit with you. I hope you have a wonderful week!
I wish you peace! Shirl

Shirl, I just LOVE how charming your porch looks with the decorations and the snow! Just beautiful and so inviting!
And the little table with the red tablecloth on it .....So charming!!
Almost as if it invited you to sit and have a cup of hot cocoa after you finished sleding or building a snow man!!

Hugs,

Such beautiful things you have and I love how you decorated your family room. That Nativity scene is the reason for the season and I know it has some sweet memories to it.

I'll have to look for Christmas In Connecticut. I don't think I have ever seen it. Happy Pink Saturday.
