PINK SATURDAY

Welcome to Pink Saturday hosted byBeverly of How Sweet The Sound, If you go to her link you can get a list of everyone that is posting for Pink Saturday. If you would like to participate just let Beverly know so she can link you up to her list every week. All you have to do is post something pink on your blog next Saturday for all us pink lovers to enjoy!

I'm starting my Pink Saturday with a Lemon cheese chiffon pie garnished with pink roses and lemon balm? I made it this week for my Bible Study Lunch. They loved it!

I'm thinking about getting this pretty print for my bedroom, do you like?
Here's a flea market find that I re-did with a pink fabric bow and rose.
I have been looking for a large coffee mug for my cappuccino and had no luck finding pink but I did find this one at the Fenton Outlet this week, it's a peachy pink but it will do for awhile.
It came with a little coaster. I love the lace and lamp on it.

I purchased this pretty little apron from my PRH Sister Connie of Living Beautifully at her La Maison Rose FMF sale. I am collecting aprons for a guest bedroom that I am doing in teatime and cupcakes.
I've just redone this hanger, I used to sell them in my cross stitch shop. It was stained in a dark walnut. I painted it pink did some new cross stitch for it and put a little pink ribbon a vintage flowers.
I thought this was so pretty, I bought it last summer when my husband and I took a little trip to Ohio Amish Country. It was made using a vintage quilt and crochet square and other sewing notions.
I just purchased these two vintage quilted satin glove/hankie boxes on ebay this week. I love the look and thought I would use them for craft supplies.

I love this fabric! I am going to make a quilted tablecover out of it for my kitchen table.
This pretty card was in a box of vintage cards that I bought on ebay. They were all in really great condition for their age. I thought it was so sweet!
Well that's it for my Pink Saturday this week, I hope you enjoyed our little visit. Please stop back again.
Blessings, Shirl

Shirl, I don't know how you continue to do it, but every pic you post makes me drool, I mean EVERY one!!! That little green lawn chair candle holder always makes me smile~& I love that new fabric you are going to use for the kitchen table. You MUST buy that print!! And I would love to purchase the glittery special occasion card if you have one for sale! The pink hanger is so adorable ~ wish I could find one here to add some cross-stitch to. That little teapot is adorable, but isn't that gold metallic thread a pain to work with?!?! Connie's apron is so pretty ~ I got one of her pillows!!

Love you,
Stephanie

Hi Shirl and thank you for all the sweetness you've sent my way! Well, I guess I told a tiny fib ~ the houses are really not on the street where I live, but in my town in the historic district. Didn't want to deceive.

Beautiful pink post! I hope you will post the recipe for the lemon cheese chiffon pie...looks delicious! I know this was a "pink post", but what I would really like to see more of, is the pretty green retro items on the table! LOL! It looks like some of the old greenware I collect and I love to see other's collections. Roxy/Jaderocks (fellow blogger), collects it also and has some great pieces!

Hope you are having a great weekend so far! ~Hugs, Rhonda

PS...The print you were thinking about getting...just gorgeous!!!
