PINK SATURDAY

Hello and Welcome to Pink Saturday!
Beverly of How Sweet The Sound, Is hosting PINK SATURDAY each week. All that means is that she posts something, ANYTHING, pink every Saturday for all the other pink lovers out there. She has asked any of us who would like to join her to go to her blog to link up with her on Saturdays.
If you are interested in doing "Pink Posts" on Saturday, just let Beverly know and we can all play together. Just do your Pink Saturday posts, send her a link each week you want to participate, and she will post the links on her Saturday post.
Please feel free to click on the pics to get a larger view!
How about some pink buttercream frosted cupcakes. Lunch again for my grandsons this week!
I have had a very busy week and had to scramble around the house for pink this week. It's not hard in my house since pink is my favorite color. Below is a little vignette on my dresser, I love this little pink canister, I used to have two but my cat broke one. My daugher Jen cross stitched the little tea time towel, my friend DJ did the crochet sachets. You can't see much of the little chest it's on but my husband made that for me one year for Christmas.
Vintage frames with repo prints in my bedroom.
I collect clothespin bags, this is one I bought on ebay a few years ago made from a vintage Southern Belle dresser scarff.
My daughter Jen painted this for me and she bought me the little pitcher of flowers.
Here's my little Angel in a Victorian Palor couch frame.
This is one of my favorite things that I own, I bought this Southern Belle pillow last year when my husband and I vacationed in Ohio Amish Country. I only paid $5.00 for it, one of these days I'm going to make it over in a better looking pillow.
I did this cross stich years ago but just recently made it into a little hanging sachet.
Another one of my favorite things, I think this mug is so sweet, I did the silk ribbon embroidery on the hankie.
And last but not least my new find this week from an antique store my daughter and I went to. I love needlepoint and I collect silhouettes so this was just waiting for me!
Well that's it for this Pink Saturday! I hope you enjoyed as much as I enjoyed sharing with you!
Thank you for stopping by and please leave a comment, I love to read them!
Blessings, Shirl

Good morning Shirl! I am checking out all the post from Pink Saturday by Beverly and looked at yours! Oh, how pretty all your pinkies are! I especially love the pillow you found in Amish land. Oh, that's precious. I do embroidery and it just sang out to me. Yes, some cute little ruffles would look good on this. I just may have to to a Pink Saturday too! This seems so much fun! Hope you had a wonderful 4th!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
