ROSE WEDNESDAY & SNOW IN WV
Hello and welcome to Rose Wednesday hosted by Jan of Jan & Tom's Place.
Today for Rose Wednesday I thought I would show you my pretty fall roses. I've had them for several years and still enjoy taking them out ever year.
We woke up to snow here in WV today. It was pretty but was starting to melt of by the time I got these pics.
Just three inches so it was not so bad, enough to keep me home though. I don't drive unless I have to, these hills are scary in the ice and snow.
Thank you so much for stopping by, I'll be posting for Pink Saturday this week so stop back if you can.
Blessings, Shirl

Shirl...
The roses are gorgeous. So is the snow. I remember, by seeing your beautiful pictures, how pretty the snow was in the hills of Tennessee, when I lived there. Being that MOST ALL of the people in TN didn't drive, even in 1" of snow...didn't keep me from driving. I'm from Wisconsin and we get LOTS of snow. People were amazed that I would venture out in 1-2" of snow, much less, 6" of snow!! I would just laugh.
But...sooooo pretty!
Jan
Love the autumnal colors of those roses! And look how pretty your yard looks w/ all that snow! We don't get much snow around here. ;o)
Good Morning Lady, Yes you got more snow than we did, you are north of us. Hope all is well to travel saturday, see you soon;
Judy
Hi Shirl! The roses are stunning!!!
We have about an inch of snow here too. I am so not ready for that yet, lol! It is freezing here!
Have a beautiful day :)
Amy
It's always a delight to see your snow pix and visit with you, sweetpea! Drive carefully though, honey!
Smooches,
Connie
Hello Shirl, Very pretty fall roses. Looks like you're getting snow before us this year. We're still raking up the leaves on the lawn.
Wow! I took a moment to scroll hrough your page and I'm amazed that we haven't crosses paths before. I am a military spouse, who loves stitching and quilting. I notice your pyrenees, beautiful. My mom has three living, but has had 6 over the past 10 years.
Your fall roses are beautiful and snow is beautiful. We're station here in the south, so snow is only seen in pictures around here! Well, I'll be sure to visit again soon!
Beautiful roses....I love your pics of the snow and your roses...we still have our fall leave on our tree....They haven't turn all the way. It's been cold here...though...great post...:) Katherinellen
Shirl...the roses are beautiful, and I hate to admit it but the snow looks so pretty also. There is nothing prettier than new fresh snow, and being on the inside looking out. LOL We haven't had our first snow yet. It would be nice if we could just stay in. I don't drive in it unless I have to.:)Ellen L
Wow! The snow looks so pretty. It makes everything seem so fresh and clean and quiet. I don't think I'll get much snow here in San Antonio, tx!LOL
Patricia :o)
PS: I don't blame you for not wanting to drive in the snow. Sounds really scary to me!
Hi Shirl! It's so good to hear from you! I'm missed you too!! You have snow?? That's great! Your fall roses are beautiful, but you always have the most beautiful things!! It's so nice to hear from you again. Let's keep in touch.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

The snow pictures are lovely - although - BRRRRR! I'm glad I'm in southern California!
I was in Illinois this week, and drove through some snow for the first time in decades!
Shirl, Love your snowy pictures. I cannot wait for our first real snow. I know the girls will love it. hugs, Ellen
Hi, visiting from plantbuddy.com. I love the snowy view in this post. Something about that makes me feel so cozy..I know not a warm day but I guess it's because you can actually just sit and enjoy the view..no bugs, not watering or weeding to be done. Love the roses!
Happy Pink Saturday! ENJOY your day! Fifi
