PINK SATURDAY, BLUE MONDAY & A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!

Hello and welcome to Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly of How Sweet the Sound. Today Beverly wants us to share our Christmas Tradition. As empty nesters my husband and I enjoy spending Christmas Day with our children and grandsons. We just have a nice family dinner enjoying each others company here on our farm. This year we are snowed in. Looks like we will have a white christmas with a foot of snow down now and the flakes are still flying. My children have homes on my farm so it's just a walk to "Grandmother's" house for them.

I could not get many pictures up this week, I was sick for 4 days. A bad time of the year to loose 4 days! LOL I have some more christmas decorating ideas to share with you so I will post some more later in the week. I'm off for 13 days starting Wednesday, for "Winter Break", I am so looking forward to this time off. So much planned, top of my list is to relax
in the morning with a cup of cappuccino and a beautiful decorating magazine. I love my job but hate rushing out early in the morning!
In case you don't stop back in I wish you all a wonderful and blessed Holiday!

Welcome to Blue Monday hosted by Sally of Smiling Sally. If you go to visit her you can get a list of all the other participants. Last week I got sick and was not able to link up with Sally so I'm showing you my aqua blue christmas tree again. This pretty white & aqua tree is in my bedroom, I enjoy having a touch of Christmas in there.

Thank you so much for stopping by and try and stop back I have so much more decorating to share with you!
Christmas Blessings to you! Shirl

Happy Pink Saturday Shirl..
How wonderful to have your kids houses on the farm area too. DH and I had always said if we had property that is what we would want. Your children will share the love of your farm for generations to come. It will always be in the family. I so love this.

Please pop over and let me share my pink post with you.

I also love blue, so your tree is both beautiful and magical. So serene looking. Thank you for sharing sweetie.

Country hugs and Merry Christmas...Sherry

Shirl! I hope you are feeling better today. You'll be able to get lots done at home if you're snowed in. Or you can sit and watch the snow. I'll bet it is gorgeous!
Have a wonderful Christmas! I hope you're feeling better soon!

Beautiful, as always Shirl!
Happy Pink Saturday to you. Hope you are feeling better and staying inside cozy and warm. It's quite a storm you are having, but it's beautiful as long as you are inside! LOVE those two pillows and your aqua tree.

Lucky you for having a break just when the snow hit. You can enjoy it, not fight it! I picture you by the window with your warm cup in your hands, watching the snow.

Hello,
I have been reading Christian blogs like yours for some time and started my own last week. I love your farm! I am envious...to be able to sit in a Florida room and watch the wildlife would be a dream come true for me. I too have many beloved pets...all rescued...throwaways..who fill our home with so much joy. We are emptynesters too, married for 36 years. I share many of your interests. I am looking forward to going through your older posts and invite you to visit mine. I'm a novice at this. I love the fact that you feed the deer and don't harm them. God Bless You and Merry Christmas

Happy Pink Saturday and Happy Blue Monday, Shirl. I hope you are well now for the rest of winter. Isn't it a shame that school's--even Christian schools--can't say "Christmas Break."

Merry Christmas to you and yours.

It's never a good time to be sick, but at this time of the year, it seems especially bad. I hope you're feeling full of vim and vinegar today! Happy Blue Monday and Merry Christmas!
