PINK SATURDAY

Hello and welcome to Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly of How Sweet the Sound. Thank you Beverly for hosting this fun event!

Today for my Pinkness I have this pretty milk glass thrift store find. I purchased this cute plate for a quarter. Can't beat that. I added this cute pink gingham ribbon. How cute, I'm so happy with my purchase!

I went to a card making party recently and made these cute little cards.

A look at St. Patrick's Day decorations at my place.

My old green chair!

Thank you all so much for stopping by last week and leaving a sweet comment on my sons homecoming! I appreciate your comments more than you know. My week just got better because my Grandson is home on a ten day leave from the Navy we have our soldier and sailor home at the same time. Does not get any better than this! LOL Pic's of them next week!
Blessings, Shirl

Hi Shirl,
WOW I love your display of pink gingham ribbon in the milk glass plate and the cards you created are darling. Your St. Patrick's Day Tree is wonderful. I love your header too. Such fabulous pretties for the wearing of the green.

So happy for you and your family that your son is home. It is an answer to prayers and I know you are one happy mom!! Blessings and many thanks to him for serving our country to keep us free. He is a hero!

Have a wonderful weekend dear friend.
Love to you, Celestina Marie

I LOVE the pink plate with the ribbon. I have been looking for something like that. You can change the ribbons for the holidays and seasons!!

I noticed your St. Patrick's Day decorations in your header right away. It reminds me I have to buy some...it's not a day I have a lot of decorations for although I am half Irish! lol!

Enjoy your time with your son and grandson. I would love to see some family pictures!

XO,
Jane

Hello Judy,

Those cards are cute and love that plate. I have seen lots of those used with wipe-off markers, with Welcome, what's for dinner or Happy whatever holiday. I really like the pink ribbon. Enjoy your soldier and sailor. My thanks and God bless them for their service.

Oh sweetie, it's all good at your home with your family around you. I adore your St. Patty's decor, very festive and just so pretty.
The thrift store find was a treasure and I love the pink ribbon running through it. I think it would be beautiful hanging on a wall too.
Happy Pink Saturday, Char

Happy Pink Saturday Shirl!! I should show my Irish hubby your house all decorated for St. Patrick's Day. Or, maybe I shouldn't. I told him that there just isn't enough decorations for St. Patty's so I have to skip to Easter. LOL
Give your two special heroes a big hug and a thank you from me too! Bless them!

A nice assortment of Pink and green! As I traveled the ping blog world I;m surprised at how many people decorate for St. Patrick's day! Kind of fun too, even being irish I never thought of it. Doesn't pink and green go good together? This is my first Pink Saturday. I hope you stop by and see what I put together!

Shirl,
I just love how you decorate! I love your St. Patrick's Day tree! I skip St. Patrick's Day because of the amount of time to take Valentine's Day down and then I go straight to Easter.
Your milk glass plate is so cute with it's ribbon!

HPS!!

Hugs,
Debbie

Shirl, I'm so excited, I'm sharing a plate on Rednesday just like the one you have! The one with the yellow ribbon on the tree. I fell in love with it when I saw it on your blog, and couldn't believe my luck when I found one at a thrift store. I hope all is well, and you're enjoying your son being home!
