PINK SATURDAY

Hello and welcome to Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly of How Sweet The Sound. If you go to visit her you can get a list of all the other participants.

Today I'm excited to show you this adorable little clothespin doll that I won as a giveaway from Erin at FairieMoon. Look how sweet her little face is, even a beauty mark. Thank you so much Erin, I will treasure her!

I made the little ribbon rose for her.

Even cute from the back!

Here she is at home in my guest bedroom hanging from my milkglass lamp.

I found this little guy on my porch this week. He looked so pretty on my chaise lounge that I had to snap a pic. I think this little guy belongs to my son, he has been coming to eat with the strays for the past week. I guess he like my Friskies better that what he gets at home. LOL

Next I have some Flea Market finds to show you. Many of the items were just a quarter. HollyHobbie plate for $2.00. I thought the tissue paper was so pretty.

This beautiful print was only a dollar, I loved it and I'm going to take it out of the frame to make a copy to use as an embroidery pattern. I think she will be beautiful embroidered. I might color it in colored pencils before I put it back into the frame.
A box of vintage cards for a dollar.

A pretty embroidered lily of the valley hankie. Crochet hook was only a quarter.
Pretty cake plates for $1.00 each.
Pretty vintage doves for fifty cents. I thought I would put them on my fabric cake boxes that I make.

Thank you so much for stopping by, it was so nice to visit with you! Have a great weekend.
Blessing to you, Shirl

L♥ve your pink goodies this week. Just when I think I have enough pink in my life I participate in Pink Saturday and see even more sweet things I’d enjoy having in my home or flowers for my gardens or just to look at☺ What could be better than the color pink dancing in your head all morning?

Thanks so much for sharing. Hoping your weekend is filled with sunshine and the comfort of those you love and who love you.

Happy Pink Saturday Shirl!
I can't decide which item I love best. The plates are so beautiful, and the cards are just precious. I love old cards. The little doves would be beautiful atop a box. What a wonderful idea for sure? Now that framed picture is so old looking. She has such an era about her. Not sure which one? Love her hat tho. Please make sure you let us see her when you get her embroidered. I would so love you to share. Happy Pink Saturday sweetie. Thanks for sharing. Please stop by and see what I posted today. Country hugs and love, Sherry

Shirl, you really found some great stuff. I am always on the look out for vintage cards, but they are so elusive. Aren't they just beautiful? Great idea on embroidering the Southern Belle. I can just hear Dolly Parton saying, "That woman needs some color!"
